Catalyst is an Oracle Customer Care & Billing Strategic Partner (CC&B) and an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner (CAP), with a full use program distribution agreement for Oracle technology and E-Business Suite programs including Siebel and Hyperion in Africa, Middle East, Europe and India.

Catalyst operates Oracle Approved Education Centers (OAEC) in Africa, delivering Oracle University training for Oracle applications and technology products at client sites or in its training centers in Senegal, Cameroon, Nigeria, UAE, and Egypt. Catalyst is the only OAEC in West and Central Africa.
