Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Anupam Awasthi is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Business Partners. Prior to founding Catalyst in 2002, Anupam was Director of the Professional Services Team for Qwest Cyber Solutions (QCS) — a joint venture between KPMG Consulting and Qwest Communications, and the largest Application Service Provider in the United States. Over the last 12 years, he has expanded the footprint of Catalyst with subsidiaries in nine countries in Africa and Middle East, creating a niche Technology Consulting Company with clients in over 35 countries.
Anupam sits on the board of Atlas One Financial, a private wealth management firm. He has an MBA from National University in California and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Menlo College in California.
Co-Founder
Amol Awasthi is the Co-Founder for Catalyst Business Partners. Amol oversees and manages general operations including Global Support, Managed Services, and Delivery. Amol sits on the Board of Be Globe Middle East LLC, a Technology Solutions company for the Telco industry.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Amol managed Customer Relations for American Reprographics Company where he was responsible for IT infrastructure, vendor relations, and customer support. Amol has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune, India.

Chief Technology Officer
Jay Kalra has been in the IT industry for over 30 years and is responsible for managing the digital transformation via technology, including Internet of Things, IT Infrastructure, Global Procurement, Internal Applications, Custom Application development and other technology projects including Cloud & NetSuite.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Jay was responsible for managing the IT organization for Systech Integrators which was acquired by Xerox.

Chief Revenue Officer
Jean-Baptiste Blanc joined Catalyst in 2003 and launched Catalyst’s first subsidiary in Africa. He then helped Catalyst grow its local presence in MEA and become a Leader in delivering end to end services for Business Applications and Cybersecurity.
Prior to Catalyst, Jean-Baptiste held consulting positions at Ernst & Young, Headstrong, Oraplus and Vallourec. Jean-Baptiste has extensive experience in Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, PMO & Consulting in NA, EMEA and India.
Jean-Baptiste graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers in France.
