Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'analyse des besoins des utilisateurs, la configuration des modules ERP, et la formation des équipes clients. Responsabilités : Analyse des besoins métiers : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre et documenter les besoins fonctionnels et techniques. Configuration et personnalisation de l'ERP : Configurer les modules ERP en fonction des besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise. Support et maintenance : Fournir un support de niveau 2 et 3 aux utilisateurs, résoudre les problèmes et optimiser l'utilisation des systèmes ERP. Formation des utilisateurs : Développer et dispenser des formations aux utilisateurs finaux et aux super utilisateurs. Documentation : Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation des processus et des configurations ERP. Compétences requises : Expérience avec les systèmes ERP : Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs systèmes ERP, idéalement Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud ou NetSuite. Compétences analytiques : Capacité à analyser des processus métiers complexes et proposer des solutions efficaces. Bonnes compétences en communication : Capacité à expliquer des concepts techniques à des utilisateurs non techniques et travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires. Autonomie et proactivité Formation et certifications : Diplôme en informatique, gestion, ou domaine connexe. Une certification ERP est un plus. Profil recherché : Expérience professionnelle : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que consultant ERP ou dans un rôle similaire. Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Mobilité : Capacité à se déplacer pour des missions chez les clients si nécessaire. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
